Cleaning Instructions


Use a clean, damp rag in cleaning the exterior of the Baxter OV310G-NG Mini Rotating Rack Convection Oven. Wipe the rag to remove all the dirt or stains on it. For the racks, remove it carefully and wash it in the sink. Use warm, soapy water, and a brush to clean it. For the interior, clean it using a rag and warm, soapy water. Rinse everything thoroughly and let it dry completely using a clean rag.

The Baxter OV310G-NG Mini Rotating Rack Convection Oven is indeed beneficial to improve the efficiency of the kitchen. It’s only a bonus that its compact design provides convenience in keeping the kitchen organized. Its body is constructed with a dimension of 48 inches (W) x 38.12 (D) x 47.9 inches (H) and weighs 785 pounds. The material used for the construction is stainless steel to ensure its reliable resistance to corrosion and longevity.



The Baxter OV310G-NG Mini Rotating Rack Convection Oven is also constructed with a weldless high-temperature heat exchanger. This heat exchanger consists of 8 independent high-temperature tubes to ensure seamless operation when used with the in-shot burner system. Speaking of, the in-shot burner system is powerful that it can produce 95,000 BTU per hour. Aside from the in-shot burner, this commercial convection oven operates with the self-contained patented steam system. The burner is a gas-fired, Natural Gas, that’s why it includes 3/4-inch NPT to ensure proper connection. Other connections this convection oven needs are the 1/2-inch NPT for the water supply and 120 volts/60 Hz/1-phase, 15 amps dedicated circuit. The oven control also requires 6.6 amps.



The interior of the Baxter OV310G-NG Mini Rotating Rack Convection Oven consists of a rotating rack to ensure even baking and patented rack bottom. These are both removable for ease in cleaning and maintenance. The interior can accommodate 8 pans (end load with 4-inch slide spacing) and built with easy-to-open doors. Each door is furnished with an individual handle and a large dual pane viewing window. To control the heat temperature, use its programmable digital control panel. It contains the auto ON/OFF and 99 programmable settings.


Delivery Details
