Model BHI-4T The BKI® hot deli display island is a perfect way to display a wide range of grab-n-go hot meals and enhance product visibility. It has three independently controlled zones on the main surface and a fourth on the second tier so you can offer your customers a variety of hot deli options that require different holding temperatures. Standard features include lighting under the top canopy, bumper around the perimeter of the display, and 4' of seamless countertop. The top canopy serves as a non-heated shelf for products that can be held at room temperatures or as a convenient and  eye-catching location for placing signage. The BHI series of hot food merchandisers are available in 4'  or 5' widths.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
