Keep vegetables, fruits, salads, gelatin desserts, and other cold foods chilled at just the right temperature with the Delfield N8056 four pan drop-in ice-cooled food well! This food well requires no electricity to keep your most famous chilled creations at a safe temperature until customers empty the pan and are ready for more.
Thanks to its included adapter bars, this ice-cooled cold food well can hold four full size 12" x 20" food pans up to 8" deep at food safe holding temperatures for an extended period of time. The sectioned, perforated false bottom allows ice to melt evenly into the bottom section, where a 1" plastic drain lets you empty the water at your convenience.
This stainless steel drop-in ice-cooled food well is insulated with high-density foam that guarantees superior temperature retention, and an included fitted flange gasket allows you to snugly install this food well into your countertop. The Delfield N8056 cold food well requires a 55 1/4" x 25" cutout.
