Micro Matic MDD23W-E Details: Serve guests at your restaurant, banquet hall, or catered event a fresh glass of wine or even craft beer with this Micro Matic MDD23W-E black 25" dual zone wine dispenser! This dispenser allows you to serve a higher quality product that's consistent from the first glass to the last for up to 6 weeks, eliminating the degradation and oxidation associated with traditional bottles. It also boosts your operational efficiency by eliminating the need to pull corks, recycle bottles, and, with the equivalent of 26 bottles per keg, helps minimize the required footprint. From the renowned Pro-Line E-Series product line, this dispenser accommodates up to (4) 1/6 size kegs, allowing you to offer a variety of different drinks. One side of the dispenser is great for white wines, maintaining temperatures between 42-48 degrees Fahrenheit, while the other side maintains temperatures from 55-65 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate your red wines. These higher temperatures are even great for craft brews like dark lagers and malty, high-alcohol brews!
This dispenser boasts a rugged stainless steel exterior with a black vinyl cover as well as a galvanized steel interior with a stainless steel floor to provide you with a unit that's incredibly durable and easy to clean. It features a 1/6 hp refrigeration system that runs on R-134a refrigerant, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maintain ideal serving temperatures. To make monitoring the cabinet temperature as simple as possible, each zone has a color-coded digital thermostat mounted on the exterior. Plus, this unit comes with four finesse faucets on a single tap tower, to make dispensing wines easy. A set of casters makes it easy to move your dispenser as needed for catering and special events. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation and it comes with a cord and plug.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
