Flattens all size pizzas up to and including 18" in diameter. Operating the DP1100 is simple, requiring only minutes of instruction. 120V, 1450W. NSF approved. Features: Can be operated by totally unskilled workers. Does not require the use of flour thereby reducing cleanup time and expense. Includes adjustment for thick to thin crusts. Includes heated upper platen with digital heat control in Fahrenheit or Centigrade which aids in speeding the spread of cold dough. Simple and safe to operate, simply lay dough ball on lower platen, close platen, pull handle down and hold for 5-7 seconds, open platen and remove.
