Scotsman FS1222A-32 Description
Manufactured with a stainless steel exterior, auger, and evaporator, and with sealed bearings, the Scotsman FS1222A-32 Prodigy Plus™ ice machine withstands extended use without rusting or corroding. For simple maintenance, this machine features a removable air filter and unit-specific QR code that enables operators to access owner manuals and the unit's warranty history quickly. From its front, the ice maker breathes and the air filter can be accessed, enabling it to operate safely with no side clearance.
The Scotsman FS1222A-32 ice machine head produces flake ice, suiting it for smoothie bars and grocery stores. Because it can produce a total of 1,100 pounds of ice per day in optimal conditions, this ice maker meets demand in high-volume applications. It has a self-contained refrigeration system that doesn't require any additional coolant lines to operate, and it measures just 22 inches wide for compact use. For quick maintenance, this unit features one-touch cleaning ability.
