The Structural Concepts Harmony HMBC2-E3 27" dual service merchandiser is an attractive and convenient solution for your deli, bakery, coffee shop, or market. It combines a lighted, full-service top that's enclosed by curved glass, with a lower self-service bin to help increase impulse sales.
The upper display features a rear swinging door for restocking, as well as a convertible baffle so you can switch it easily from refrigerated to non-refrigerated if desired.
This Harmony HMBC2-E3 features Structural Concepts's "Breeze" slide-out refrigeration system. This intelligent system has a microprocessor-controlled sensor that senses and adjusts to ambient temperature conditions. That way it will maintain average product temperatures of 41 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Greater temperature consistency means longer product shelf life! Plus, the entire system easily slides in and out of the merchandiser for cleaning and maintenance.
The Harmony HMBC2-E3 dual service merchandiser features an attractive black interior and exterior with a white exterior back and black trim.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
