Description:

The VacMaster VP540 chamber vacuum sealer has a power switch on the side to turn the unit on. A start button and a seal button begin the process, and the settings can be adjusted with the digital control panel. This unit comes with a maintenance kit to resume operation if something goes wrong, and the user guide teaches employees how to operate it. For use after installation, it includes filler plates and 75 assorted chamber pouches. It can be used for storing cooked product for reheating or prepping food for sous vide cooking.

Providing a double seal, the VacMaster VP540 vacuum packing machine comes with two 20-inch seal bars with double-seal wires. For cleaning purposes, the seal bars can be removed, and for durability, the body is made of rust-resistant stainless steel. The lid on this unit has a see-through transparent construction, and it locks to prevent interruption.
