Vulcan 60-L Description
To saute, fry, broil, and bake products in one unit, the Vulcan 60-L restaurant range features two standard ovens and 10 open-top burners with lift-off heads. Great for moderate use, each burner produces 26,000 BTU. Operators can adjust heat with the burners' high-temperature T knobs, and each burner is built with a 12-inch by 12-inch cast-top grate with an aeration bowl that focuses heat toward food and a welded crumb tray to catch debris. To protect adjacent areas from splashing grease and to ease cleanup, a stainless steel backriser is built behind the burners. A lift-off shelf above the burners can accommodate utensils, pots, and pans for convenient storage.
The Vulcan 60-L natural-gas-powered range's base is comprised of two 35,000-BTU standard ovens, each of which has an interior measuring 263⁄4 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 133⁄4 inches high. These ovens feature a compression spring door hinge system that withstands repeated opening and closing. The porcelain door liners and oven bottoms endure high heat and simplify cleaning. For flexibility, users can set oven temperature from 250 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostats, and the included oven racks can be fixed in four positions. Overall, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 58 inches high and is positioned on 6-inch legs that can be raised or lowered to level it on uneven flooring and prevent wobbling. For long-term rust and corrosion resistance, the front, sides, high shelf, oven handles, and bull nose are made of resilient stainless steel.
