36" wide gas restaurant range, Vulcan-Hart Model No. G36L
Stainless steel front, sides, and 6"adjustable legs.
Fully enclosed bottom panel to prevent water damage.
Range Top: Six (6) 32,000 BTU/hr. (NAT or PRO)cast top burners with lift-off burner heads.
Burner system has center pilot with high turn down ratio flame for simmering.Grates are heavy duty cast, easy lift 12" x 12" front grate and 12" x 14" back grate, porcelanized with built-in aeration bowl.
Unit is standard with a rapid clean stainless steel basin under the cook top system and front mounted gas shut-off valve for top burners. Burner knobs are large ergonomically designed high temperature knobs.
Oven: 35,000 BTU/hr. standard oven with porcelanized interior that measures 2426" w. liners are removable.
Standard oven comes with a thermostat having a range from Low to 550°F.
Oven supplied with one rack and two rack positions.
Oven door is heavy duty with no adjustment required integrated hinge/spring door mechanism and cool touch handle.and pressure regulator.
Total input 227,000 BTU/hr. oven and six burners.
Exterior dimensions: 36"w x 34"d x 57"h w/back riser on 6"adjustable legs. 36" working height.

Freight Items will ship 1-2 business days of receiving payment to allow crating and packing. RETURN POLICY
ALL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS SOLD WILL HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED THERE IS A 20% RESTOCK ON ALL ITEMS AND BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK. IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
