This steamer includes a heavy-duty door with a convenient door latch mechanism to ensure it stays shut when you're not loading or unloading pans. Its 4" stainless steel legs provide stability and ensure that your equipment is far enough off the counter to meet safety standards. For long lasting durability and performance, this unit's exterior is comprised entirely of 304 stainless steel. This unit requires natural gas for operation.
